Volunteering During Safer At Home
Hello volunteers. We are so grateful for your continued support. Due to the “safer at home” policy, we are now SCHEDULING all volunteer shifts through our volunteer software. If you have been through orientation, please log in to Give Pulse to sign up for a shift.
There will be three types of shifts–dog walking (this is only for volunteers who have attended Green Dog Walking Class), cat cleaning/socialization, and general cleaning (IE. sanitizing, laundry, moping, etc.). Approved Dog Walkers have received an email with additional instructions.
Obviously we need the help of our wonderful volunteers but also need to limit the amount of people at the shelter at one time to protect us all. If you have any questions, call the shelter at 239-573-2002.
Additionally, new volunteer orientations have been suspended until further notice.
