Yoga classes to stretch, flex and chill. Join us for one hour yoga class held outdoors on the lawn at CCAS with soft relaxing music to focus on flexibility, balance, range of motion and releasing tension.
$10 per class
$8 for CCAS volunteers
50% of proceeds benefit CCAS
Bring: yoga mat, towel or sheet for ground cover and water. Optional: yoga blocks or strap.
